About this Event
The seasonal menu will be curated by Chef Max Walsh (Good Voyage) to specially showcase Johan Vineyard's unique wines and our shared love of sustainable farming. Kyle Hall (Johan Vineyards) will be in house to share and talk about the wines and vineyard.
Menu:
Amuse-Bouche - spring herb tartlet, poached qual egg
First Course - gigante beans & watermelon radish, caramelized fennel
Second Course- lamb schnitzel (or cabbage), fenugreek, chili, yogurt
Third Course- duck confit (or mushroom), black pepper, coriander, fingerlings, pea shoots
Dessert -fourme d' ambert, poached pear, hot honey
$145 per person. Includes wine pairing.
