Join us for a special evening of community, cocktails, and giving back at our Guest Bartender Night with Joe and Sarah — all to benefit the Batavia Food Pantry!For Joe and Sarah, this event is more than just a fun night out — it’s a celebration of community, small businesses, and caring for neighbors in need. Joe has proudly called the Fox Valley area home his entire life. Growing up in Geneva (shout out Class of 2000!), he met Sarah shortly after college, and together they chose Batavia as the place to build their life. Their shared love of community has grown into a passion for supporting local small businesses and families facing food and clothing insecurity.
Both Joe and Sarah volunteer at the Batavia Food Pantry, where Joe has also served as a board member for over 10 years. This year marks an especially exciting milestone: after many years of searching, the pantry has found its forever home on First Street in Batavia! This new space represents stability, dignity, and expanded access for the families who rely on its services.
To celebrate this momentum, Joe and Sarah are teaming up with one of their all-time favorite small businesses, Chi-cuterie, for a special bar takeover! The incredible owners, Michelle and Robert, are generously hosting this event, with Joe and Sarah stepping behind the bar and donating 100% of their tips to support the Batavia Food Pantry.
This time of year is critical. A few months removed from the holiday season, donations and supplies naturally begin to dip. Events like this help keep pantry shelves stocked, the Clothes Closet full, and essential services running strong for families who depend on them.
