This afternoon workshop will explore the essential elements of Jivamukti Yoga, with the fundamental Jivamukti class structure as a basis, including chanting, yoga philosophy, dynamic physical practice with hands on assists, meditation, and deep rest.
Jeremy and Amanda have a combined 45 years of teaching experience between them, and practiced for many years directly with their teachers Sharon Gannon, David Life, and Ruth Lauer Manenti. They chat, dissect, and argue about yoga philosophy daily, as they try, often haltingly, to put the principles of yoga into play as parents and partners.
