To feel comfortable and fully supported, please bring:
– a yoga mat
– a blanket
– a pillow
– a sleeping / eye mask
Wear comfortable clothing and allow yourself to arrive a little early to settle in.
❗️Arrival & Start Time❗️
The session starts promptly at 5:15 PM.
To maintain a safe, focused, and uninterrupted group experience,
late arrivals will not be admitted once the session has begun,
as entering late can be disruptive to others already in a deep state.
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early
to get comfortable and support the collective experience.

Yulia Novak is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist,
Regression Therapist, and Integrative Breakthrough Coach.
She is a graduate of one of the oldest transpersonal hypnotherapy schools in the U.S. — HCH Institute,
and is trained in Between Lives Spiritual Regression by Andy Tomlinson, a collaborator of Michael Newton.

Dmitry is a certified sound healer, Reiki and Access Bars practitioner,
musician, pianist/singer, and percussionist.
During the session, Dmitry will create meditative soundscapes using crystal bowls and the gong.
