The first of two beautifully curated seconds + sample sale events in Feb 2026… Easing us all into the new year with a huge selection of affordable wearables from talented local + independent designer-makers. Across two whole days our cohort of creatives will be selling all manner of items at discounted prices to suit all budgets, including one-off, never-to-be-made-again trial, test + sample pieces; slightly imperfect (but still stunning) seconds; and current pieces + collections offering generous redulctions.
This special event offers a lineup of 65+ emerging + established jewellery, slow fashion + knitwear designer-makers from all over London + the UK. Come down to find your new favourite collection, buy yourself a conversation piece or even talk to one of our exhibitors about a one-off commission.
Expect to find everything from lost wax-cast precious metals + set precious stones to architectural laser-cut costume pieces, pillbox rings, Murano glass statement earrings, woven wearables, ceramic charms, freshwater pearls; or if it's clothing + accessories you're after, discover pieces ranging from hand stitched + crocheted to machine-woven wonders; screen printed + embellished apparel; knitted jumpers, vests + bonnets; hand-dyed loungewear; playsuits + tees; balaclavas, bonnets + masterpieces of millinery; woolly hats, scarves + gloves; costume + statement jewellery, bags, wallets, purses; nightwear, lingerie + fetishwear And everything in between.

Have a chat with the talented characters behind the art + design you buy to experience fun + memorable human connections; and come away feeling inspired... All while buying local + supporting creative small businesses.
Hot food + drinks will be available both days!

Stick around Stokey for the day, because there’s loads to get stuck into – while you should definitely plan to eat with us, there are also loads of lovely eateries along Church St for brekkie/brunch/lunch + picnic food, as well as the stunning Clissold Park + its resident animals, ranging from birds + butterflies to goats + fallow deer. The spectacular Abney Park Cemetery – one of London's ‘Magnificent Seven’ garden cemeteries + a woodland memorial park + Local Nature Reserve – is directly across the street from our venue, too. Well worth a visit!
