It's always a fun, toe-tapping night when the New Phoenix Jazz Band come to Linlithgow. Playing jazz mainly from the first part of the 20th Century, the band is made up of a fine collection of musicians: Jerry Forde on double bass, Phil Adams on banjo/guitar, Martin Foster and Dick Lee on reeds, Lorne Cowieson on trumpet and Christing Adams on vocals. And - as this is music for dancing - we'll try to preserve a small area for the twinkletoes among you!
