Join this exclusive concert to enjoy the London premier of the “Jazzical Komitas” arranged for piano and the orchestra by renowned pianist/composer Joel Martin from the USA in collaboration with tenor/conductor Sipan Olah and the Klingen Chamber Orchestra. This will be one of the exceptional events in London where internationally acclaimed musicians will present the timeless music by Komitas with a new approach and arrangements. This concert is part of the 20-city 2026-2028 Jazzical Komitas world tour. The first collaboration between Joel and Sipan NCOA took place in New York in October 2025 with the National Chamber Orchestra of Armenia, with the Yerevan performance at the iconic Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall followed by a concert in London’s historic St Paul’s church introducing the project to UK audiences. Joel has release 2 albums and the third one to be released this year on his path of taking Jazzical Komitas to Grammy nomination.
The programme also includes Konstantin Orbelyan’s songs performed by the Klingen Choir and Klingen Chamber Orchestra under the baton of maestro Sipan Olah.
