About Our Seating Tiers
Here at Raincity we try to allow all guests, regardless of comfort level towards immersive performance to be able to enjoy the show!
Tier A+ boasts the best seating in the house. It has a perfect view of the action in the most traditional tiered theatre seating possible. You will still feel immersed in the action - but at an arm’s reach, with great seats.
Tier B+ is traditional tiered theatre seating. You will feel up close and personal, with a view of the action from stage right.
Tier A is the best possible seating for those who want to be truly up close and personal. You will have your choice of seating, as this section is general admission. You will be beside the actors, with a straight on view of the action all around you.
Tier B is the next best seating for those who want to be in on the action, with a view from stage right. You will have your choice of seating, as this section is general admission, with actors surrounding you at all times.
Tier C is slightly restricted view seating. You will be both in front and behind the action at all times. Some twisting or tougher viewing is possible, but you will be thrown into the staging passing directly in front and behind you.
Regardless of Tier, our doors will open at 7:30pm with the show starting promptly at 8:00pm. No latecomers will be seated, with no exchanges or refunds available.
Exchanges, with 48 hours’ notice, are acceptable. Any additional tier charges may apply to differently priced seating.
