Descend into The Natural Philosopher's whiskey bunker for a fun and informative tasting with Fuji Whisky on Wednesday 27th May. You'll be guided through the Fuji Whisky range by an industry expert and discover everything from understanding the production process and exploring the great tales around whisky, to mastering the art of nosing and tasting.

Fuji Gotemba Distillery
Located at the base of Mount Fuji, Fuji Gotemba Distillery benefits from pure mountain water and a cool climate ideal for slow maturation. Established in 1973, it was created as a collaboration between Japanese and Scottish spirits expertise, blending traditional Scotch techniques with Japanese precision. Fuji’s whiskies are known for their balance and elegance, often showcasing layered fruit, soft spice, honeyed sweetness, and a clean, refined finish.
