Step into a calm, cozy kitchen and experience the warmth of authentic Japanese home cooking, taught by a Japanese instructor.
In this small, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create a comforting bowl of Chicken Chashu Shoyu Ramen from scratch — just like in Japan.
With a maximum of just three participants, this class offers a highly personal and relaxed experience. You’ll receive hands-on guidance, learn practical cooking tips, and discover the cultural stories behind each dish.
After cooking, we’ll sit together and enjoy the meal — a peaceful and memorable moment around the table.
Class Menu
- Chicken Chashu Shoyu Ramen– Shoyu ramen is a Tokyo style ramen, with a light soya based broth. Lighter certainly than other ramen, but absolutely addictive
- Mini Chashu don– A beloved ramen-shop comfort food in Japan: tender chicken chashu served over rice, simple and soul-warming.
