January Run/Walk Club with lululemon

Looking for a fun and supportive group to get moving with? Come join Cola Run Club at lululemon Trenholm Plaza on Thursday, October 24th for our next run (and walk) together!

For the first time we’ll have both a run and a walk group so there’s something for everyone!

Here’s the plan:

5:30 PM: Quick stretch to get warmed up

5:45 PM: We hit the pavement

6:30 PM: Wrap up

Afterwards, stick around for a bit of shopping, with waters and snacks to keep you fueled.
