About this Event
The January full moon, known as the Wolf Moon, is traditionally associated with introspection, intuition, and inner strength. It arrives during the heart of winter, a season that invites us inward rather than forward.
While the Gregorian calendar marks January as the beginning of a new year, nature follows a different rhythm. In the natural timeline, winter is not a time for blooming, it is a time for rest, reflection, and strengthening the roots beneath the surface. This Wolf Moon gathering honors that wisdom.
We will begin the evening with Ujjayi pranayama, a calming breath practice that soothes the nervous system and brings awareness inward. From there, you’ll be guided into a short meditation while resting comfortably on your back, allowing the body to fully soften before transitioning into a deeply immersive sound bath experience.
Using Himalayan & crystal sound bowls, the sound bath is designed to support deep rest, emotional release, and intuitive clarity.
This gathering is open to all levels and is offered as a moment of stillness, care, and community at the start of the year.
