Release & Reset — A Grounded BeginningAs a new year unfolds, this is an invitation to pause, soften, and consciously reset. January carries a grounding energy, ideal for releasing what no longer serves and laying calm, steady foundations for the year ahead.
Join internationally recognised frequency artist Tenille Bentley for a deeply immersive group sound experience designed to support reflection, clarity, and intentional beginnings. Drawing on ancient instruments and contemporary sound therapy principles, this session creates space to gently clear mental and emotional residue from the past year and reconnect with your inner compass.
What to Expect:
• Deep ancestral soundscapes that ground the nervous system
• A therapeutic sound journey to support release and renewal
• A calm, welcoming environment shared with like-minded people
• Initial teaching on the monthly theme for 15mins
• Reflection time in the surrounding gardens
This session is particularly supportive if you’re seeking clarity, stability, and a sense of inner structure as you step into the year ahead.
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat, cushions and blankets (none at venue)
• Eye pillow or something to cover your eyes
• Water bottle and notepad for reflection time
• Anything else you feel is significant for your journey
