About this Event
Join us at the James B. Sanderlin Demonstration Rain Garden on Saturday, February 28th from 9:00 am - 10:30 am. Volunteers can expand their gardening knowledge and make an environmetal impact. No experience needed - just bring your energy and love for the environment. We'll be mulching, removing invasive species, planting, pruning, and inaugurating the seed library.
Please note: Volunteers under the age of 18 need to be signed in by an adult.

WHERE TO MEET: James B. Sanderlin Family Center - 2335 22nd Avenue South, St. Petersburg, FL 33712
TIME: 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in.
WHAT TO WEAR: Volunteers should wear closed toe shoes such as boots or sneakers, sun protection, and protective clothing such as long pants and sleeves.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Gardening supplies and water will be provided. Please bring a refillable water bottle.
PARKING: Free parking will be available on site.
