This is our annual event dedicated to women's voices and stories. See these amazing wordsmiths bring their poetry to life on our stage. Participants will compete for a cash prize sharing their truths, observations, and perspectives. This is a spoken word event you do not want to miss. Hearing the poems from women in our community is one of the best experiences you will have this year!
All poetry shared must be original.
The Jambalaya Soul Slam is the Triangle’s longest running poetry event!
