🌲🍄 The theme this year is Enchanted Forest! A gathering celebrating Aussie nature, imagination and playful self-expression.

🧝♀️ We’ll be gathering at the Mangrove Mountain Hall, which is surrounded by beautiful gumtrees - the venue will be transformed into a magical, enchanted experience - filled with good vibes, great company, family and friends, music, and a shared love of our environment, community and creativity.
🧚♂️ Dress the part!
Step into your enchanted forest self, gum tree spirits, native animals, bush fairies, elves, forest guardians, earth goddesses and defenders, ancient beings and ancestors woven through the Australian bush, honouring nature and conservation, or simply wear whatever makes you happy, totally optional!

🔍 We will be looking for:
- Up to 10 sustainable market stall holders ($25 per stall), with stall types subject to approval. All stalls will be located outdoors
- A couple of food vendors with vegan and GF options
- Help with sound and stage setup
- A volunteer artist for face painting
- Enchanted performers and artists
🗝 Volunteers are key! We rely heavily on community support to bring this event together, and we are looking for 10 nature-loving and committed volunteers to help across the weekend. We need volunteers for Friday 25th September daytime set-up, Saturday event crew and Sunday pack-down. Tasks include setting up tables and chairs, organising props, assisting with installations, keeping the event rubbish-free, managing the door, ticket checking and supporting as runners for stall holders and event managers. (Free event entry and snacks will be provided).
*Campfire Collective is a community & environmentally focused alliance with a strong focus on protecting our environment and supporting the most vulnerable in our community. It aims to partner up with other like-minded organisations to support each other and the projects that are most important to our community.
