***New dates and location! Friday Oct 16th - Sunday Oct 18th***
Come home to yourself. Come home to the earth.

𝑾𝒊𝒍𝒅 𝑨𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 is a weekend immersion for those longing to slow down, awaken their senses, and find their way back to the living world. Over three days in the bush on the Central Coast, we weave together movement, ancestral skills, and deep sensory awareness practices - creating space to feel alive, grounded, and held: by yourself, by each other, and by the land itself.

~ What awaits you ~

𝘏𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘌𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘩 - Learn timeless bushcraft skills with Ilana Hoffman (Subtle Animal) and Nikki Penny, from foraging wild foods and making herbal skincare, to plant-printing on natural fabrics and weaving. These are more than skills. They are invitations into reciprocity with the land.
𝘔𝘰𝘷𝘦 & 𝘉𝘦 𝘔𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘥 - Led by Lillian Donnell (Luminous Flow), our movement sessions draw on primal movement patterns, contact improvisation, and somatic dance to awaken your body's innate intelligence. Through touch, play, and fluid exploration, you'll discover how embodied movement can become a doorway into a deeper relationship with nature, and with yourself. Evenings come alive around the fire with shared music and song.
𝘖𝘱𝘦𝘯 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘚𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘴 - Through sit spot practice, bird language, drum stalks, blindfolded awareness games, and the art of stalking your own curiosity, you'll learn to truly listen - to the forest, to the birds, and to the subtler languages of the living world. These practices have the power to change the way you move through life, long after the weekend is over.

Each day holds its own rhythm: morning stillness, shared meals, craft, movement, and fire. You're welcome to dip in and out of offerings as you feel called.

✧ About Your Facilitators ✧

𝐈𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐇𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐦𝐚𝐧 has spent her life in close conversation with the living world - its creatures, its medicines, its older ways of knowing.
Trained as a veterinarian, she has worked with animals across Australia and beyond, from wildlife rescue and conservation to community care in the field. Her work with animals is one thread in a wider web of life that has always called her: the plants underfoot, the birds overhead, the intelligence that moves through a forest when we finally go quiet enough to hear it.
For over a decade she has guided people into embodied relationship with the land through ancestral skills, nature connection practices, foraging, and somatic inquiry. She is also a yoga and meditation teacher, dancer, freediver, and artist - someone who brings the whole of herself to the work.
What she creates is hard to categorise and easy to feel: part science, part craft, part ceremony, and full of play. Practical. Grounding. Quietly transformative.

𝐋𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐥 is a multi-modal movement coach, dancer, aerialist, musician, and a devoted student of the many ways a human body can feel truly alive.
Her work draws on over 16 years of teaching across many disciplines, including aerial silks, bodyweight strength, mobility, Animal Flow, and Contact Improvisation Dance. Her passion is in helping people to reclaim the sense of profound joy that occurs when we inhabit our body, and develop the skills to move with more freedom, strength, and awareness.
She runs workshops, retreats, and events that weave together movement, music, nature, and connection, and facilitates spaces, from live music and contact dance jams, to fire circles, where people can use their sense of embodied freedom to come into deeper self-expression and connection with others.

𝐍𝐢𝐤𝐤𝐢 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐲 is a textile and botanical artist active across basket weaving, eco-printing, natural dyeing, wild food foraging, herbalism, and plant-based skincare. Her practice explores the relationship between plants, cloth, and slow textiles, drawing on plant wisdom and traditional knowledge to create thoughtful, low-impact pieces.
Using foraged botanicals and natural materials, her work reflects a contemporary interpretation of ancient craft traditions, including an apothecary-inspired approach to botanical skincare. Inspired by her Irish and West Indian heritage, and grounded in deep respect for the cultural lineage of weaving, she is passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting others to reconnect with traditional skills, embodying and encouraging a deeper relationship with nature through learning, making, and mindful practice.
