Perth-based singer-songwriter Jade Rich is bringing her captivating blend of pop and RnB to WA's South West for a special belated celebration of her single, “Crash Into You.” Returning from an inspiring professional development trip to the USA, Jade is ready to share her latest work with regional fans live, following the success of her May 2024 regional tour.
“Crash Into You” explores the experience of finding love that changes your perception. Written during a Zoom session with New York-based songwriter Ross Newhouse, the track was produced by Reece Lenzo (AVIVA, State Champs) and mixed by Gareth Thompson (Wallace, Tyde Levi), with guitars by David Chidgzey and Matt Cayford.
Jade’s earlier release, “Polite,” earned a coveted spot on Spotify’s Fresh Finds Pop playlist and garnered over 20,000 streams. Critics have praised her unique sound, with triple j’s Anika Luna calling her vocals “crystal clear” and Abby Butler describing her voice as “a match made in heaven” for her RnB-infused style.
Fresh from Los Angeles and New York, where she immersed herself in songwriting sessions, Jade is excited to return home and reconnect with folks in her favourite regional towns.
