DJ Bone is a Detroit-born DJ and producer who embodies the underground in its purest form. Rooted in techno but driven by freedom rather than formula, his sound is raw, physical, and uncompromising. First and foremost, a DJ, Bone treats the decks as an extension of himself. His sets are built on technical mastery and instinct, often pushing three or four decks at once, without shortcuts or spectacle. Often using three (or more) decks, the Detroit native is known for extended blends, precision scratching, and innovative cutting techniques while frequently breathing new life into well-worn classics like Jeff Mills' "The Bells." ⁠No gimmicks, no trends. Just total control of rhythm, tension, and flow. Choosing independence over visibility, DJ Bone has carved his own path beyond hype or mainstream validation. His approach is intense, deeply personal, and relentlessly focused on the craft. For those who know, he represents the true spirit of the underground: honest, skilled, and driven entirely by music.
Remco Beekwilder, born and raised in the south hideout of the Netherlands and moving through life with a DIY attitude. Picture this with his taste and devotion for characteristically uncompromising techno and the Dutchman’s fundamentals for his signature sound are no longer a secret. Continuing on the heritage of electronic music he’s aiming to create a nostalgic getaway. He’s most identified with a tougher groove and hard-hitting rhythmic journeys. Embracing the underground electronic culture with open arms the Dutchman formed his label EMERALD, releasing records from himself and others. Humbly pushing forward his vision of electronic music when it matters most.
