About this Event

Baltimore has its very own kids’ playmat, and we’re going to celebrate! Join the Baltimore-based creator of Matropolis™ Baltimore, Julien Polillo, for a storytime while we try out how it feels to sit and play on the new mats– each of which is full of Baltimore landmarks like Camden Yards, the Aquarium, Patterson Park, and more.

Author Nancy Patz will read from her adorable picture books, each of which contains a glimpse of Baltimore life. See if you can spot them!

Mats will be available for purchase at the event.
