Join us for the 2026 Baltimore City Generational Health Summit hosted by Faithfully Fit Training in partnership with Baltimore City Recreation and Parks!
This FREE event will highlight the importance of black health as we discuss topics such as chronic disease prevention, behavior change, nutrition, mental health, women's and men's health. This year's summit theme Fit For Service will highlight the interconnection of faith, wellness, and God's view on healthy living. Our powerful line up of local black health care professionals will discuss and provide all the information needed to excel Baltimore City in good health.
We'll be providing FREE health screenings, wellness resources, nutrition demo, health and wellness vendors, FREE workout demo with the best instructors and trainers in the city, and so much more.
Vending opportunities are available. Faith-based, health, fitness and wellness businesses are welcome.
