It's Giving Dance June Charity Event - The SD LGBTQ+ Community Center

It's Pride Month 🏳️‍🌈 and what better time to give back to the LGBTQ+ community!

Please bring at least 5 new items from the list below for the The San Diego LGBTQ+ Community Center in order to join our jazzy musical theatre dance class. 🎶

At It’s Giving Dance, we’re all about kindness, community, and a little sparkle✨— and this class is our way of saying thanks for giving to those who need it most. 💜

Since all donations go directly to The San Diego LGBTQ+ Community Center's Project Compassion, helping to provide direct supportive resources to unhoused and resource-impacted individuals, your donation is necessary in order to participate in the class.

• Travel-size toiletries
• Bottled water
• Shelf-stable snacks
• Wipes
• Canned goods (preferably cans that have pull-tops).

You can expect a 90-minute jazzy dance class (you can try it in heels if you would like!) for all levels with a warm-up, musical theatre style choreography 🎭, and an empowering atmosphere! We are dancing to Roxie from Chicago, so feel free to listen to the song and learn the lyrics. ❤️ Attire that makes you feel like you are Roxie on Broadway is encouraged but anything that makes you feel confident and comfortable is the main goal! Come give, dance, and make a difference in your community! 🫶🏽
