Cammino dei Tre Villaggi – Italy’s Shortest PilgrimageJoin us for a challenging and rewarding hike along Italy’s shortest pilgrimage route. This 18–20 km circular journey connects the historic villages of Villa San Giovanni in Tuscia, Barbarano Romano, and Blera, guiding you through the beautiful landscapes of northern Lazio.
The route passes vineyards, olive groves, deep valleys, and the wild nature of Marturanum Park, with fascinating Etruscan tombs hidden in the forest. Along the way, we will stop in each village to collect pilgrimage stamps before completing the journey and receiving the official Cammino dei Tre Villaggi Certificate.
This is a demanding hike with steep sections, rocky paths, and river crossings—but the reward is spectacular scenery, a deep sense of accomplishment, and a unique cultural experience.
