Partners Resource Network and Uniting Parents are excited to share that the It Takes a Village Special Needs Conference & Resource Fair will take place on February 28, 2026, in Amarillo, Texas.This free community event is designed to support families, caregivers, educators, and professionals who work with children, youth, and adults with disabilities.
