Workshop Agenda
- Introduction & Console Training: An overview of the Singularity platform to prepare you for the challenge.
- Challenge Phase: Navigate eight distinct scenarios of increasing difficulty:
- Deep Visibility: Intro to threat hunting and query languages.
- Story Lines: Analyzing a Windows exploit and tracking command-line activity.
- Jurassic Park: Analyzing Linux malware and mapping to MITRE TTPs.
- Assimilation: Investigating a multi-machine ransomware outbreak.
- Dad Joke: Advanced proactive hunting for indicators without an alert.
- Hunting in the Data Lake: Exploration of the new Security Data Lake (SDL).
- Modern Malware: Detecting obfuscated payloads and forged binary signatures.
- Lending a Remote Hand: A "hands-on-keyboard" live attacker simulation involving data exfiltration.
Expectations following the Workshop
- Hands-on console experience in a consequence-free environment.
- Practical familiarity with detection and response workflows.
- CPE credits toward certification maintenance.

Additionally, there will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd monetary prizes, along with much swag for everyone.
