Join us on the island—Columbia Island, nestled along the Potomac—for a midweek escape that feels like a mini vacation. We’ll mindfully move and breathe together on the open lawn of Island Time Bar & Grill, overlooking the peaceful marina, before easing into a tropical happy hour.
This all-levels yoga class is designed to help you unwind, reset, and have a little fun along the way. After class, enjoy a complimentary tiki drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and stick around to connect, relax, and take in the laid-back vibes. Come hungry—menu favorites like fresh salads, fish tacos, and their famously good fries are available for purchase (order your food before class to be ready after our final namaste!)
