Founded in 2004 after reviving ancestral vineyards, Efrosini Winery blends tradition with modern winemaking to produce award-winning wines.
Located in Kerasia, Heraklion, within the PDO Dafnes region—home of Liatiko—surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. “Efrosini” means “delight,” reflecting the belief that wine brings joy to the heart.
A family-run winery rooted in heritage and passion, crafting wines shaped by sun, altitude, and sea air, fresh, textured, and slightly unexpected - perfect for curious drinkers.
