About this Event
Join us for a relaxed and welcoming afternoon of movement and conversation, featuring a strength-focused Reformer Pilates class followed by a Q&A with recent Ironman 70.3 finisher, Sarah Milliar.
Sarah will share her experience from months of training — including the habits, nutrition, and mindset shifts that supported her along the way to race day.
This will be an honest, down-to-earth conversation about what it’s like to work towards something challenging. You don’t need to be interested in completing an Ironman to attend — this event is open to anyone looking to build healthier routines and feel inspired.
As a little extra, each attendee will receive electrolytes from our event sponsor, Pure Sports Nutrition, and will go in the draw to win a Pure Nutrition drink bottle.
