IOS Annual Youth Symposium 2026

Rhoyal Blueprint: Design Your Impact is an action-packed Youth Symposium designed to turn passion into community change. Join us on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Booker Washington Heights Cultural Arts Center with guest host Hamilton Grant. Youth will dive into Story to Power, a hands-on workshop where they’ll craft a 60-second advocacy story, identify their “ask,” and map first steps to get involved locally. The day also features a conversation with NAACP student leaders on what sparked their activism and how to plug in on campus and in the community. Come ready to speak up, show up, and design your impact. ✊🏾

Who should attend: Youth and teen leaders interested in service, leadership, or starting a community project.
What you’ll leave with: A polished advocacy pitch and a simple action starter plan.
