About this Event
The St. Andrew’s Society is pleased to welcome Scottish folk singer Iona Fyfe back to Toronto. The Aberdeenshire native has developed into one of Scotland’s finest performers. She became the first singer to win the coveted title of Musician of the Year at the 2021 MG ALBA Scots Trad Music Awards. In December of 2023, Iona claimed the title for a second time.
Iona has been providing content for the Society from various locations around Scotland for several years. We are thrilled to host her again in person. Attendees can expect a full night of traditional Scottish music with a focus on the singing traditions of the North East region.
TICKETS
This show is open to the public. Ticket prices have been kept low thanks to sponsorship from the Government of Scotland. Tickets are $35 for Society members, $40 for non-members and $50 at the door (while supplies last).
