After a profound education in multiple instruments and after a head start with earlier projects Matthias Schuell kicked off his solo career as an electronic music producer, DJ and live act in June 2018.
Right off the bat with his first release “Scarabaeus” on Dantze his music was acknowledged by renowned artists and started climbing the Progressive House charts making his name known among the scene. After his live set at Fusion Festival (https://soundcloud.com/matthiasschuell/matthias-schuell-liveset-tanzwuste-fusion-festival-2019) his reputation grew internationally which made it possible for him to be touring South America and whole of Europe.
The Berlin based talent also holds a residency at Ritter Butzke Club Berlin and held the position as the A&R and label manager of the attached music label “Ritter Butzke Records” where he was working with Extrawelt, Dominik Eulberg, Oliver Koletzki, Digitalism, Oliver Huntemann, Mathias Kaden, Oliver Schories, Dapayk and Township Rebellion.
Since then Matthias Schuell made himself a name as a desired producer, DJ and musician – not only in his original productions but also as a highly demanded remixer.
Taking a bit of a time out during the pandemic he slowly makes his way back to the electronic music scene attending selected gigs and venues.
