This gathering is offered freely, with the option to give a donation if you feel moved to.

When you’ve reflected, processed, understood
and still something inside feels a little tight, a little unfinished…
or simply not fully at rest.
Nothing is wrong.
It’s just that life sometimes asks to be met more gently.
This is a space for that kind of meeting.

a quiet invitation to slow down, to be here, and to rest in shared presence.
Nothing to fix. Nothing to improve. Nothing to perform.
No teaching to follow, no expectations to meet.
We sit together. We listen. We allow things to be as they are.
Sometimes there is silence, sometimes a few words, sometimes laughter or stillness moving in its own way. Everything is welcome.
And underneath it all
a simple shared openness. A pause from becoming anything else.
