The Investor Readiness Bootcamp 2026 is a focused, one-day, in-person certification program designed for pre-seed tech founders preparing to raise their first round of capital.

Through expert-led sessions and hands-on workshops, founders gain practical guidance on company structure, valuation, investor materials, and legal and financial readiness. The program is designed to move beyond theory and help founders make concrete fundraising decisions.

By the end of the bootcamp, participants leave with a clear fundraising roadmap, a more refined pitch deck, and an Investor Readiness Certificate from Global Startups that signals credibility and preparedness to investors.

The registration fee is per company and includes participation for up to two co-founders, allowing founding teams to align their strategy together.

To support early-stage founders, 90% of the program cost is covered through the support of Global Startups, GSA Ventures, and Dentons, making this certification accessible to high-potential startups preparing to raise capital.
