We’ll explore practical strategies for practicing and teaching Asana while debunking common alignment myths. Over the weekend course, you’ll deepen your understanding of how the body moves and responds physically, energetically, and biomechanically, learning to apply alignment principles across postural families to stimulate, balance, or neutralize a practice intentionally.
