Intuitive Painting & Card Making: Cosy Evening of Creative Release
join for a fun evening where we will dive into our creativity and intuition. Let go and learn how to paint intuitively, with the option to make cards from the heart. No rules, just your raw expression and sustainable materials, all provided (choose from canvases, paint, paper/card etc.) but please do bring your own if you like. perfect to unwind, spark inspiration, and connect with your artistic side in a friendly space, with some wholesome snacks and herbal tea.
tune in to the season and take inspiration from nature and your own imagination, guided by artist (oil painter and singer inspired by surrealism and alchemy), spiritual guide and somatic Yoga/ permaculture (holistic design system) teacher Isabel, hosted at her home. there will be a brief nourishing grounding meditation, balanced with free exploration, with support available if/ when you need and the option to talk about ways to infuse more creativity on our wellbeing.
go home with your own unique handcrafted present, reminder of the power of creativiity on your wellbeing or something to adorn your house, as well as a method to access your intuition and create what is true to you. This could be the start of a beautiful journey.
