A fun, free-form, and calming method to allow the hand to be guided by the subconscious mind.
Without any preconceived notion of WHAT to draw, we relax and let lines become shapes, forms, contours, and movement to discover whatever arrives on the paper.
Joy will introduce you to the state of Theta Consciousness with meditation, tuning forks, music, and gentle verbal prompts while you enjoy softly allowing images to come through. The process requires us to put judgement aside and open Self to an Inner Dialogue with whatever shows up.
