What is Pole Movement? Pole dance combines dance and fitness into an empowering art form, regardless of your background. You'll develop body awareness and strength at your own pace. This intro class provides the building blocks for the pole-curious in a fun, safe way.

What You'll Learn in Intro Classes:

  • Warm-up to get you ready
  • Foundational spins and transitions
  • How to connect and flow between moves

Perfect For:

  • Complete beginners who've never touched a pole
  • Anyone who's thought "I wish I could do that"
  • People looking for a new way to move their body that doesn't feel like a workout
  • Dancers interested in expanding their movement

What to Bring:

  • Short-sleeve top and shorts or leggings
  • Basic knee pads or leg warmers (if you have them)
  • No lotions/oils on skin prior to class, no jewelry!
