In addition to explaining the core operations, the training also delves into user management, ensuring that participants understand how to effectively manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within the system. DHS ESA and FSA employees, TEP Providers, and FSA Supportive Services partners requiring application credentials must complete CATCH training.
