About this Event
In this one day (9:30am-5:00pm approx) class we will start with an introduction to the basics of sourdough baking, work with the core ingredients and share some knowledge about mixing, folding and shaping the dough. We will make three or four different doughs during the class and we will make a great selection to take home. In addition to learning how to make your own starter, you will get to take home some of mine too, to help get you started!
From this class you will learn the basic techniques and you will leave with a few different kinds of bread, along with my recipes! Lunch is included.
