A big ‘Thank You’ to everyone that was involved with the orchard planting last weekend – what a great turn out! Volunteers planted 24 trees including cherry, apple, plum and pear! Please see today's February newsletter for more information, photos and a video link.Please come and join the Friends of the SHL Kitchen Garden again this Saturday as we prepare the growing beds ready for planting, rabbit guard the trees, map the orchard and shift some soil into the polytunnel. Please meet at the kitchen garden entrance off Fern Grove at 10.30am.
