What? In this hands-on workshop, you’ll be introduced to a range of healing instruments, learning their unique benefits and the correct ways to use them.
By the end of the session, you’ll be able to perform a sound bath experience for your friends and family.

A Sound Bath invites you to pause that inner noise and return home to yourself. As the vibrations wash through your body, your mind begins to quiet, your breath deepens, and your natural state of balance reawakens.
In this immersive workshop, you’ll discover a range of ancient healing instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums, and learn how to use them safely and effectively.
By the end, you’ll have the confidence to guide your own sound bath experiences for friends and family.
This isn’t a new modality at all, it’s an ancient science of vibration, a medicine for modern minds.
Sound has been used for centuries to soothe the nervous system, relieve pain, calm anxiety, deepen sleep, and reconnect us to spirit and purpose.
