In a world that is moving faster than the human soul was designed to bear, there is a profound and necessary return happening — back to the earth, back to the unseen, back to the ancient ways of knowing that have always lived within us. Shamanism is not a relic of the past; it is the original language of our connection to Nature and to Spirit, spoken long before the modern world drew its boundaries between the sacred and the ordinary. When we return to these roots, we return to ourselves.Shamanism is the oldest healing tradition on earth — a living thread woven through every culture and continent, carried forward by those who walk between worlds in service to their communities. In this intimate two-day immersion, we will explore the roots, the cosmology, and the practice of shamanic work together.
This workshop is designed for those who feel called to the path — whether you are brand new to shamanism or simply ready to go deeper. With space held for just twelve participants, you'll receive personalized guidance and plenty of room to explore, practice, and integrate.
Over the course of our time together, we will:
Explore the rich and diverse history of shamanism across cultures and continents, including the Four Directions and their significance within multiple traditions
Journey into the cosmology of the Three Worlds and understand how shamanic practitioners navigate these realms
Learn the art of Shamanic Journeying — how to enter non-ordinary reality and receive guidance, wisdom, and healing
Be introduced to the foundations of Shamanic Healing, including the basics of Extraction and Soul Retrieval, with hands-on practice in Retrieval
Work with Shamanic Tools and begin to understand their purpose and power
Engage in a Creative Shamanic Project to anchor your learning and open your own channel of expression
The practices you will carry home from these two days are not only tools for serving others — they are pathways for your own healing, your own wholeness, and your own remembering. Shamanism has always begun with the self, and this course honors that truth.
Space is intentionally limited to 12 participants to honor the depth of this work.

Erica Miller of inSpirit healing arts is a Holistic Healer & Shamanic Practitioner. Her shamanic studies have been under the tutelage of Twobirds Cunningham of Embracing Shamanism in Inverness, Scotland, since 2023. Erica has been a holistic healer for the last 20 years, and it is her joy to bring forth the spark of transformation for others to live their most aligned lives.
