While our studio has poles for balance and props, this class focuses on the fluid, sensual movement (no experience necessary).

What to wear: Comfortable clothing you can move in, leggings/sweats. Basic knee pads or leg warmers highly recommended.

Important Notes:

1. Please plan ahead for traffic, parking, etc. Doors lock AT class time as the instructor manages the door and is focused on the class experience.
2. Plan to be 10 mins early as first-time students need to get oriented to setup. (Doors open ~15 min before, thanks for your patience if another class is ending)
