While our studio has poles for occasional balance and props, this class focuses on the fluid, sensual movement regardless if you have a dance background.
What is Sensual Dance? Sensuality is about experiencing life through your physical senses. It's about feeling good in your own skin, wherever you are. Through this class, you'll discover movements that feel authentically yours and explore how music can inspire your natural flow. Don't be surprised if you find yourself practicing these movements in your living room later.

- Please plan ahead for traffic, parking, etc. Doors lock AT class time as the instructor is managing the door and is focused on class experience for the students.
