About This Experience: Have you ever caught yourself swaying to a sultry beat or running your hands along soft fabric? That's your body's natural inclination towards sensual movement, and we're here to help you tune into it. While our studio has poles for balance and props, this class focuses on the fluid, sensual movement (no experience necessary).
What is Sensual Dance? Sensuality is about experiencing life through your physical senses. It's about feeling good in your own skin, wherever you are.
Through this class, you'll discover movements that feel authentically yours and explore how music can inspire your natural flow. Don't be surprised if you find yourself practicing these movements in your living room later.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing you can move in, leggings/sweats. Basic knee pads or leg warmers highly recommended.
Important Notes:
- Please plan ahead for traffic, parking, etc. Doors lock AT class time as the instructor manages the door and is focused on the class experience.
- Plan to be 10 mins early as first-time students need to get oriented to setup. (Doors open ~15 min before, thanks for your patience if another class is ending)
