Are you interested in learning more about plant-based diets? Do you want to eat and live healthier? Are you curious about what plant-based living entails? Have you recently begun following a plant-based/vegan/vegetarian diet? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this class is for you! This class will also be helpful to anyone following a vegan or vegetarian diet who wants to incorporate more whole foods into their diet. Each month we will be offering this class for those who are new to plant-based living or interested in learning more about plant-based diets and leading a healthier lifestyle. This is an introductory class so no there are no prerequisites. We will be offering additional plant-based nutrition and transitioning classes for any interested students. This class is being held in partnership with Ken-Ton Community Education.
