Please join us for an Introduction to Mindfulness- 4 weekly sessions beginning Sunday October 12th at 7pm. Each session will build on the last leaving you with a foundational understanding of the art and science of mindfulness and meditation. New this year will be-meet the nervous system.
About your teacher, Eric Pudil- With two decades of dedicated practice in both traditional and secular lineages. University of California at Berkley and Sounds True Training Institute Mindfulness Meditation Teacher certified. Eric brings a grounded , trauma informed, BIPOC aware lens to his teaching. Blending the timeless wisdom of Buddhist teachings with insights from Western psychology and a deep interest in neuroscience.Eric’s teaching is rooted in simplicity, concentration, and creativity—pathways to clarity, calm, and joy in everyday life. He believes in our shared, innate wisdom and invites each student into a direct, honest, embodied connection with their experience.He is a board director of Red Lotus Meditation Sangha, leads retreats, and facilitates grounding meditation and men’s programs at Cook County J*il.
