About this Event
Curious about microdosing, or are you dabbling in microdosing with psychedelics, cannabis, or non-psychoactive substances such as flower essences, herbs, mindfulness, or breathwork? Or perhaps you're coaching folks with microdosing? The process of transformation is never straightforward. During periods of change, we can end up relying on what may seem like old, trustworthy ways of being that work but come at the cost of burnout, overwork, or toxic perfectionism. Having a clear intention of what you want to do differently and having tools to help you act on that intention keeps you focused on your motivation and to instead, embrace the new ways.
In this workshop, Shin Yu and Amy guide an interactive experience with writing prompts, somatic exercises from their book (and their thinking since then) for microdosers and coaches to use to identify the stages of transformation, and the questions, tools, and practices that comprise the process of transformation.
We are all in a constant state of transformation, however, recognition of where one is in this process can help you gain perspective and act in new ways. Come spend some time with Amy and Shin Yu, and learn how to embrace the transformation process. It "can" be enjoyable!
In partnership with Project Circle in Portland, Oregon, we hope you'll join us! Don't miss out on this opportunity to expand your horizons and connect with like-minded individuals. Get ready for an enlightening experience!
Attendees will receive a copy of Amy and Shin Yu's book, Small Doses of Awareness: A Microdosing Companion, published by Chroncle Prism in February 2024.
There will be no psychoactive substances consumed during this workshop or on the premises.
