Our 2-day creative facilitation introductory course is designed for you! We run the course quarterly, with the following learning outcomes:
- Become an engaging creative facilitator thinking about games and exercises for both online and in-person delivery
- Practice planning & problem solving in the moment
- Find joy and confidence with your own style of delivery
- Comply with the latest child safeguarding regulations
Dates: Thursday 25th April - Friday 26th April 2024, 10am - 5pm each day
Cost: £325.73 per delegate (inlcudes eventbrite fees)

Course overview
This training is for those wanting to create engaging workshops for their beneficiaries. You will learn how to engage participants, create safe spaces, and comply with safeguarding regulations. Led by Simone Watson-Brown, an experienced performance coach and EDI consultant, this two-day intensive course is a must for anyone looking to improve their facilitation skills.
All delegates will receive an accredited course certificate upon completion of all 12 units.

Our facilitator
Simone Watson-Brown is a highly skilled and experienced freelance Performance and Impact Coach, EDI consultant, creative facilitator, and Theatre Director. She has a background in Arts Leadership at an award-winning off-westend theatre and works for a number of award-winning companies. Simone is an accredited Performance Impact Coach, having received her certification in 2019 from the International Coach Federation through Maynard Leigh Associates.
