New to Tai Chi?
This class is the perfect place to start. Intro to Tai Chi introduces the basic movements, postures, and principles of this slow, flowing practice in a supportive and accessible way.
You’ll build balance, coordination, and body awareness while learning how to move with ease and intention.
No experience needed—just come as you are.
This is a four week class on consecutive Saturdays, May 30, June 6, 13, & 20.
Please note that due to the limited size and progressive nature of this series, refunds or credits cannot be provided for missed classes.
