This workshop is a hands-on introduction to strength training led by certified personal trainer, Maxie Silkes. We will discuss the many health benefits of resistance training and go over the 7 foundational movement patterns.You will be practicing each of these movement patterns, utilizing either bodyweight, dumbbells, or resistance bands. There are modifications for EVERYONE, so come regardless of your current fitness level.
