Intro to Rope

Intro to Rope is a basic *Shibari 101 class focusing on the basics. We will discuss safety and learn some simple ties.

*Shibari (縛り) is a Japanese word that broadly means "binding" or "tying" in most contexts, but is used in BDSM to refer to this style of decorative bondage.

Couples are encouraged to attend this class, as the tying will be done on your partner. Single attendees will be partnered with each other :)

There will be plenty of room for curiosity and play. No perfectionism, no pressure –just good vibes and a chance to learn something cool together.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat, floor towel, or blanket
• Body Rope (we will be using nylon rope for the class and recommend using nylon as different materials garner different results. Please sells nylon rope. Pre order with shop or purchase in the shop).

What to wear:

• Comfortable clothing ie: yoga pants, sweat pants/shirt, workout gear etc...
• Socks
